Four Easy Steps To Success
Step One
We'll start with a phone or online call to discuss your goals and objectives. What do you want to achieve? I'll make sure I fully understand this before we move on to step 2....
Step Two
Once we've set some targets, we'll come up with a plan of how best to achieve these goals working from your current level of fitness and scheduling things around your normal daily activities.
Step Three
Then we get started as soon as you want to. Generally, the sooner the better! Planning your sessions in blocks is the most effective way to train or reach dietary targets.
Step Four
We'll review progress during and at the end of each block of training or nutrition coaching. Before you know it you will be several steps closer to reaching those goals!

Richard has amassed a wealth of experience in the time he has been qualified as a personal trainer, amassing over 13,000 hours in one to one personal training time.
His clients range from young children to teenagers and adults later life. He caters for all abilities. So, if you are an elite athlete looking for your next PB or you are at that point where you really need to get started with improving your fitness, Richard will will focus completely on helping your achieve your goals.
Nutrition & Behaviour Change Coaching
Richard is passionate about nutrition and is a qualified Precision-Nutrition Coach. He understands how nutrition plays the main role in any fitness goal sought. He has a proven record of coaching major body composition changes whether that is to safely gain weight (muscle mass) or to safely lose weight (body fat). Based on his experience and professional development, over the last 9 years Richard has developed a nutritional coaching programme that deals with the real issues that dictate body composition.
Multi-Sport Coaching
As a keen duathlete himself, it is no surprise that many of Richard's nutrition clients are duathlon athletes, competing at varying levels. Richard has created a 'one stop shop' to help multi-sports prepare and train effectively. Working in structured blocks of sport-specific training, he will synchronise the required fuel for performance and recovery. Utilising an online coaching platform, TrainingPeaks, and his remote nutrition programme, he can precisely manage their progress towards an event.
